This app was done as a “no nonsense, barebones” approach to keeping track of my progress in the gym.
There are other apps doing essentially the same thing. Many require a user account. That seems unnecessary for the task at end, and more of a marketing manoeuvre than a convenience for users. Another issue is that the list of exercises might be limited.
Weight Lifting Tracker just lets you enter the name of an exercise, and save your performance, both in terms of weight and reps.
